Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 4 cucumber slices
  • Sparkling water
  • Rosemary sprig (for garnish)
  • Directions
    1. Prepare the Rim:
      • Mix lemon zest and sugar in a small bowl.
      • Spread the mixture onto a small plate.
      • Dip the rim of a rocks glass into a shallow dish of water, allowing the excess to drip off.
      • Press the glass rim into the lemon-sugar mixture until coated.
