Ingredients
  • 2 oz Amethyst Grapefruit Basil
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 3 dashes All The Bitters New Orleans
  • 1 egg white
  • Grapefruit twist (for garnish)
  • Directions
    1. Dry Shake:
      • Add all ingredients (Amethyst Grapefruit Basil, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters, and egg white) into a shaker. Shake vigorously without ice to create foam.
    2. Shake with Ice:
      • Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
    3. Strain & Serve:
      • Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
    4. Garnish:
      • Garnish with a twist of grapefruit for a citrusy aroma and visual appeal.
